WhatsApp Chatbot Pricing

The WhatsApp row above is our setup and monthly care for the bot on your own number. Meta's usage is separate, as the note below states plainly.

The WhatsApp usage clause — read this one: the WhatsApp AI Chatbot runs on your own WhatsApp Business number. Meta charges per conversation/message on that number, and that bill is yours, paid directly to Meta. It is not included in any price on this page and we never add a margin to it. The Website AI Chatbot has no per-message fee at all.

Why Is There a Monthly Fee at All?

Fair question — here is the honest breakdown, the same one we give every client before they sign.

The bot costs money to run

Every answer your bot gives is generated by AI, and that generation has a real per-answer cost, plus servers that keep the bot awake 24/7. Your monthly fee absorbs that cost — on the website bot you never see a per-chat bill from us.

Businesses change; bots must keep up

Prices change. Services change. A bot quoting last season's rates is worse than no bot. Monthly care covers updating its knowledge, adding new FAQs and fixing the answers customers trip over.

You get a monthly report

How many chats, how many leads, what people asked most. That report is how you know the bot is earning — and it often reveals services customers want that you do not advertise yet.

Put simply: the setup builds your digital employee; the monthly is its salary and running cost. Stop the monthly and the bot stops — your website and your number stay yours. The full terms: 100% advance before work begins, delivery in 48–72 hours after we receive your business details.

Questions, Answered Straight

Is the setup fee really one-time, or does it come back every year?

One-time. You pay setup once when we build your website or train your bots. After that, only the monthly care fee applies while the bots run. If you cancel monthly care, there is no exit fee and no second setup bill hiding anywhere.

What does the monthly fee actually pay for, in plain words?

Three things: the running cost of the AI itself plus 24/7 hosting; maintenance — updating the bots when your prices or services change and fixing answers; and a monthly report showing your chats and leads. A bot is a digital staff member: setup is the hiring and training, monthly is the salary that keeps it working.

Can I start with one bot and add the other later?

Yes, and many owners do. Start with the Website AI Chatbot or the WhatsApp AI Chatbot on its own; adding the second later connects it to the same brain and inbox. The both-bots price rewards taking them together, but there is no penalty for staging it.

Are there any charges beyond setup and monthly?

Two possibilities, stated openly: Meta's per-message usage on your WhatsApp number (paid by you to Meta, only if you run the WhatsApp bot), and any optional extras you ask for later, like extra pages. Nothing else. No per-chat fees from us on the website bot, no commission on your sales.

How does payment work from outside Pakistan?

Setup is 100% advance everywhere. In Pakistan: bank transfer or JazzCash. From the US, UK or UAE: message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange the payment method with you before work starts — the price you see is the price you pay, in your currency.

What if it does not work for my business — can I stop?

The monthly plan is a rolling service, not a lock-in contract: tell us and it stops at the end of the paid period. Your website and your WhatsApp number remain yours. We would rather earn the renewal every month than trap anyone.
